NRL, Maryland Virtually Sign Partnership on Quantum Technologies

For four decades, the U.S. National Science Foundation has worked to enable breakthroughs in quantum information science and engineering that harness what researchers have learned about quantum phenomena to develop technologies like quantum computers, sensors, and communications. These quantum technologies will have enormous consequences for the national and global economy. Q2Work: Supporting learners and educators to develop a competitive workforce in quantum information science and technology
In the time of rapidly expanding interest and investment in Quantum Information Science and Engineering (QISE), relevant education and workforce development efforts are becoming critical. This three-year project is designed to accelerate progress across the quantum education community by amplifying its efforts through dissemination, cohesion, and collaboration.
